Excel not writing data and printing grey lines.

Hi,

I'm having difficulties finding what could cause this issue. The excel file is active and I am able to write in the grey area but somehow the robot doesn't write anything and after every run just creates extra grey lines.
The original excel sheet should be normal, with white lines with borders and data inside.

This is an existing process, running fine for years and we had to create new sheets and start with a fresh sheet cz the previous one had massive data and wasted hours.
Taking the information from one sheet and working on it than writing the result on the other sheet.
Both look the same with the grey lines without data.

We checked the process and looks fine, probably something to do with excel, any idea will be appreciated.

Do you recently update our Blue Prism? I recommend you import the new Excel VBO included in Blue Prism; we see cases where using an old process and BP is upgraded but keeping using the older VBO affects the process.

Yes, i have faced such scenario when we first migrated from V5 to V6. using the latest VBO works.
