Limitation of BP App server and Controller(IC)

Hi,

Wanted to know is there any limitation for App server and Controller connections to RR.
We have 3 RR's with 1 App server and 1 Controller in Prod Env. We would like to expand Number of RR's for up-coming projects. I want to know
1. How many RR's can be connected to 1 App server
2. How many Sessions/processes can be run in one controller at a time
3. How many schedules controller can support
4. For how many bots installation we can use a single BP license (consider Prod env)
++5. How many Bots (RR's) can be connected to controller?

1. About 100 per app server. The number is not exact because it depends on the amount of traffic the app server has to handle. See infrastructure documentation.
2. Unlimited but not infinite. UI performance can be affected by extreme load (many hundreds of RRs running processes all day long) but unless you plan to scale massively you will be far within normal capacity.

4 Usually it is unlimited. To check, go to System > License > Installed Licenses > Resources. The licence governs the number of processes running in Prod. You can have any number of processes and RRs but you can only run up to the number of sessions allowed by the license. Which processes and RRs you choose to run is up to you. The same license can be used for non-Prod (ie Dev and Test) for free.
