    <description>Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will suggest checking the account starting the login agent service on the runtime resource, if it is set to a service account, change it to a local admin and if the issue is still present raise a ticket with us in support so that we can investigate this issue further.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;KR</description>

      <description>Hello guys, I have a problem using the login agent's actions, the login works but the log out does not, so the machine is locked logged in and appears as offline in the control room. I need to understand why the logout doesn't work, I tried to change everything on it and it still didn't work.</description>

      <description>Hi Lucas&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After the login runs does a listener launch on windows? you would need this set up to allow processes to run after the log in including the log out process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards</description>
