Run java-based application failed

Hi All, I have a java-based application robot, while I spy a button and use press action for navigate, then an error occurred with error message: "Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate stage 'Click Continue' on page 'Continue' - Exception while performing Java action - Java action failed. " anyone can help me to fix this issue? thanks a lot

Hi Jian,

Troubleshooting a scenario like this may be better addressed in a Support ticket, but we would suggest as a first step to ensure Java Access Bridge connectivity has been tested outside of Blue Prism and a supported version of Java (with matching bit-ness, i.e. 32-bit Java/32-bit application) is in use in this environment. We have a set of Java Access Bridge troubleshooting articles in our Knowledge Base which we would recommend to review here: "Troubleshooting Java Access Bridge (JAB)"

If after going through our available documentation on this subject (and if after trying any additional suggestions in this thread) you're still experiencing this problem, you could open a Support ticket with us. I have fixed the issue, the root reason is my laptop's System kernel language is Chinese, when I spy the element, the value of available action is Chinese. Once I change the kernel language to English, the issue was fixed. thanks for your reply
