Class Verification toolbar not displayed after turning on Classification and Class verify

The class verification toolbar is not displayed in Decipher after turning on the Classification and Class Verify options in the admin panel. I have logged off and logged in a few times and yet unable to see the toolbar. We are using Decipher v 1.2. If anybody has faced this issue, please let me know how you resolved it.

Hi Meghana,

It might be to do with your web browser cache. I would recommend trying to refresh it by pressing Control+F5.

I am able to see the classification toolbar only if I login with "admin" creds, but if I login using a user with admin rights I am unable to see the classification toolbar.

Does the user have the Role "ClassVerify" selected in their permissions?
