    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In January 2022, we had the famous SOAP Security Negotiation after a windows update and applied the SPN solution Blue Prism provided with success.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the start of July, we had to upgrade OS of the Application Server and this issue had re-occurred.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Our infrastructure is as follows: 2 App Server (APP1, APP2) -&amp;gt; Load Balancer -&amp;gt; Multiple resources&lt;BR /&gt;2. Type of Connection: &lt;STRONG&gt;WCF: SOAP with Transport Encryption &amp;amp; Windows Authentication&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. We had no issues in DEV/UAT app Servers with Connection: &lt;STRONG&gt;WCF: SOAP with Message* Encryption &amp;amp; Windows Authentication&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;4. The same windows updates are in DEV/UAT and APP1 (server with issue).&lt;BR /&gt;5. The SETSPN configuration are the same in both APP1 and APP2&lt;BR /&gt;6. Production environment is still working only with APP2&lt;BR /&gt;7. Blue Prism Version:&lt;STRONG&gt; 6.10.1&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;8. The list of updates:&lt;/P&gt;
