The next thing I would check is your Trust Center settings. If you open Outlook and go to &lt;STRONG&gt;File&lt;/STRONG&gt; -&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Options&lt;/STRONG&gt; -&amp;gt; ​&lt;STRONG&gt;Trust Center&lt;/STRONG&gt; -&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Trust Center Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;, what is selected under &lt;STRONG&gt;Programmatic Access&lt;/STRONG&gt;?
