Hello! I am currently trying to run a process that opens up an excel file, then runs a macro. I am having an issue with running the macro, because whenever I open the instance, my macros are disabled. I wanted to know if there is a way to enable macros. I've tried setting the "Enable Events" flag in my create excel instance to "True" which didn't seem to work. Then I created a "set events enabled" action between the "create instance" and "open workbook" actions and I set that flag to "True".

Hi Sainath,

I always prefer to not have any XL macros active and instead read the XL data into the process and work it there. That said, I do not know if that would be feasible in your case.

If the above doesn't work for you and the Enable Events parameter does not do what you expect it to do, perhaps one of the many coders on this forum can come up with an alternative?

Happy coding!
---------------
Paul
Sweden
