Exporting package releases with Blue Prism process

Hi everyone,

I want to export BP package release automatically with Blue Prism to save them in a repertory.

I used a cmd command line to export the release with Start process object.

It works in debug mode (attended mode) but it doesn't work in unatended mode.

I don't know what is the problem because I can find any error message from the cmd in execution logs from the control room.

Could you help me please ?

Most likely a permissions issue, either OS or Blue Prism product, for the Blue Prism user. Does the robot use have permission in the Blue Prism product to do what you are doing? Does the robot user have access to the file locations you are using in the OS?
