MS Outlook VBO Error

Hi All,

I am facing below error while using 'Get Received Item-Basic' Action from 'MS Outlook VBO'. I am using Blue Prism v6.10 Version.

ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.NameSpace'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{00063002-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Interface not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040155).

Does anyone knows how to resolve this issue ?

I have already tried Re-installing outlook (office) and Blue Prism, still this issue not resolved.

Other way around could be to open the CMD command and enter : regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\olmap32.dll" the path to this location should be present but I would recommend the online fixing first.
