We are sending the files in a single batch to Decipher but the processing is getting stuck in this status "Capture performed - ready for Verify"
Can you please help us with what can be done to solve this problem?

Hi Guilherme,

Do you have Data Verify set to auto-skip on the config page? And do any of the documents have validation issues? e.g. Missing required fields, low confidence values.

Yes. The Data Verify and Class Verify are set to auto=skip on the admin page.
The documents don`t have validation issues.

I can't think of any other obvious cause for this, so it might be worth raising a support ticket.

(Note. Low confidence characters indicated by red text can also cause the batch to require manual verification)
