Body Of Text showing as symbols (Chinese) im MS Outlook VBO.

Hi all,

I'm using the MS Outlook Email VBO to return "undeliverable" items from a public outlook folder, I have amended the 'Get Items in Folder' page in order to achieve this. The "undeliverable" reciepts are coming back as expected, however the body is in Chinese symbols. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have tried setting the below field to "UTF8" (as suggested on a different forum) but this doesn't remedy the issue.

Do you have UNICODE support enabled in the System Settings of Blue Prism?

For nondelivery notifications, the VBO can't read that messages.
