    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN-US"&gt;As the title says, I’m getting a Timeout error when trying to get Exception Items in my work queue with a specific tag. The exact error is as below:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN-US"&gt;ERROR: Internal: Execution Timeout Expired. &amp;nbsp;The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation, or the server is not responding.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN-US"&gt;This only occurs when using wildcards in the Tag Filter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN-US"&gt;Our database is fine and is not bottlenecking. The issue is only present in the queue on our production environment which has a lot of cases. 10796 to be exact. It works fine when the queue has less cases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN-US"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN-US"&gt;Is there a way to increase the timeout period? Is it a configuration in BluePrism or the database. Any suggestions are appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
