Regarding "Resource ..... is recorded as being offline"

Hi,
I would like to ask two questions. I can see that sometimes our resources show the following offline message.
"Resource ..... is recorded as being offline".

Current solution:
1. sometimes it resolves automatically.
2. if it does not resolve automatically, I have to log in to the VM and log out again. Or I have to restart the server. Then it works again.

My question:
What could be the reason for this problem?
How can I solve the problem permanently?

Note that: The problem mostly occurs during logging in and logging out the VM.

Hello,

Did you place the bat file in startup or created task scheduler ?

I have created task scheduler.
