    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;lately some users have been randomly receiving these messages and they do not always come out with the same document or with the same batch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In fact when you click continue, the document is stuck and no one else can touch it unless an admin deletes the batch file.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Marta,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've never seen that error before, so I'm not sure what could be causing it. My first thought would got to some potential network slowness, especially if it's intermittent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend raising a support ticket so we can help you review the application logs and hopefully find a solution.&lt;/P&gt;
