MS Excel VBO

Hello everyone,

I have the issue when try to open " Open Workbook" :

"Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation."

Everything worked correctly until I imported "Consolidation Exercises" Project and BO from Foundation Training link.

Can someone help me with advice to resolve the issue ?

Hey Biser, for this error, we do have a few Knowledge Base articles that could help. I am linking them here,

I think something that would be good to try is to remove the "Consolidation Exercises" process/object from Blue Prism to see if it makes a difference. I don't think it should impact Excel, but it is worth trying. It is also worth trying to perform the same action on a few different Excel workbooks to see if you get the same behavior.

Another thing to try would be to download the updated version of the Excel VBO here on our Digital Exchange site. This could make a difference as well.

I removed unnecessary objects but isn't worked, 🙂

Crated a new database and everything working well.
