Hi Carlos,

Sometimes we encounter the same error but just live with it, and the controller handles that. I'd like to point out a new feature that BP 7.3 has implemented to prevent pending sessions. The checkbox 'Create and start sessions in a single operation to prevent pending sessions' should be active.

I haven't implemented it because, you know, upgrading versions and all that stuff require some boring steps and blah blah, haha. But it's cool, right? If you want to find out more, there's an LMS Course that explains this and other new cool stuff:
