Java Spy Mode - error after highlighting Element

Good morning,

When trying to attach to an Element via Java Spy Mode, Blue Prism highlights it and then - after clicking CTRL+Left Mouse Button - there is such an error: 'There was an error during the spying operation'. What could be the root of that problem?
PS I have tried multiple Application Manager modes to achieve best compatibility and finally External (32-bit) should work appropriately. I have Java working properly and launching the BPHotels.jar training application. Java Access Bridge is enabled.

Hi Pawel,

For the issues you are encountering I would advise you are better to raise a support ticket so that the engineers can assist you further. If you are working on behalf of a customer please include this when creating a ticket so that the correct support package can be aligned to it.
