Global Send Key between [ ] instead of { }

Hello everybody. We have to send keys to an app and we have tried to use the comands between { } as always and it didn't work at all, but with one parameter between [ ] works perfectly. We would need the complete list of comands to use it in the app. Please if somebody has this list of comands could you share it with me? Thank you very much in advance

Thank you for your answer, John. Actually we have tried all of this, but we were asking for the alternative comands that use the [ ] not the ones that use { } . I could not find this information in the link. Am I wrong and it is in there? Thank you very much.
