    <description>Hi Sharon,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is possible to design Leave request form in Interact.&lt;BR /&gt;Firstly, Design fields required in the Interact form - User name, email address, manager name, leave start and end date , leave reason.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And add an approver specific to every team with their Manager as primary approver to the form. &lt;SPAN&gt;Approving the request allows the request to be submitted to the queue or email as detailed when the form was created.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Sahana Mohan&lt;BR /&gt;Solution Designer&lt;BR /&gt;Blueprism&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
