&lt;P&gt;Here’s what I’ve done.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Server Side&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Installed Blue Prism Enterprise 7.1&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Installed Blue Prism Hub 4.6&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Configured Authentication Server&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Installed Blue Prism API&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Installed Blue Prism Digital Worker API&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Blue Prism Desktop Side&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Installed Blue Prism Desktop 1.0&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Configured connection to the Server&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After these steps, I tried logging in but got this error message.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If I entered a wrong password, the authentication server recognizes it and alerts me.&lt;BR /&gt;So, I think the authentication server is working correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;But after 1 ~ 2 minutes of loading, I got this error.&lt;BR /&gt;"Blue prism Desktop cannot connect to this computer."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea...?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
