VPN problems in Blue Prism

Hi guys!

I have to robotize some API calls from Blue Prism.
To access these calls I need to be connected to a VPN, this connection is done through Proxifier and Xshell.

The problem is that from Blue Prism I can't connect to the VPN, the API calls always answer "Timed Out". But from Postman, for example, I do connect to the VPN and the calls work.

Do you know what could be happening?

What type of API are you calling?
And are the certificates for the API correctly configured?

Hi Ved,
It is a simple get.
The API is well configured, there was a time when it worked, but it no longer exits through the VPN.
I don't know if it's a proxy issue.

Have you tried extending the time in System>Objects>Web API Services> Connection Settings ?
