Unable to create session on Runtime Resource

Hi Team,

Having the below error message when drag and drop a process into runtime resource via control room. Issue just happens lately after some permission changed. However, I have another environment with the exact same permission settings with no issue.

"Failed to create session on <resource name> - ERROR : Cannot create session as user does not have execute permission on one or more of this processes dependencies."

BP version: 6.7
Permission checked (Users under "Roles: Runtime Resources" with default permissions)

Execute Process & Object - Yes
View Process & Object Definition - Yes
Control Resource - Yes
Authenticate as Resource - Yes

Please advise if you have experienced this before?

I have seen similar issues earlier

Sometimes when you open more than 1 environment , the roles/permission seem get mixed and these weird error are shown.
But for me it was fixed by simply restarting BP.

However, the issue still persist after restarted app server and the machine.
