Hi Karina,

This could be due to a regional setting in IIS. It has been previously noted when passing a UK formatted number with a decimal separator, into a German hosted platform that would be expecting comma separators. Though this looks different, the error message is the same, so worth trying.

You can try the following steps to resolve, you will need local administrative privileges to carry this out. If you are not comfortable making this change yourself, please reach out to your local IT support or raise a Blue Prism support ticket.

Please make a copy of the file before updating.

An application-level fix is to add in the Web.config (C:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Prism\Decipher Web\) the following line under the <system.web> node, which configures an invariant culture:

<system.web>
<globalization culture="" uiCulture=""/>
…
</system.web>

Let me know if this works.

Thanks

Ben

DFD - Checkmark Group - Invalid Model State

Hi,

I have this questionnaire with checkbox ratings from 0-10 for each question. I cannot get to assign regions to the checkmark groups.

I have tried different settings in the DFD.

But when I'm in Data Verification and try to assign the regions for each checkbox I get error "Invalid Model State".
Has anyone encounterd the same problem and got a solution to this? Or do I need to use a complete different format in the DFD?
