    <description>You can give a deferred date on items that don't need to run immediately for about 10 minutes, I think it's enough for your process to run and capture the item that needs&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Run urgently, select all 99 items, left click, select deferred date, select time and click ok, I believe this should work well, too bad it's so manual.       <title>Change item position in the queue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a case where we are loading 100+ items in the queue. In some cases, we have a request from Business to process one item immediately. What is the proper way to handle this as there is no option in the control room to change position in the queue or priority for example?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
