Dear Jeferson,

I guess the file you are trying to open is other than .xls or xlsx. If your file is .csv then try using VBO 'Utility - File Management' in that action 'Get CSV Text As Collection'.

The issue remains, I can't find the option: VBO 'Utility - File Management' in that action 'Get CSV Text As Collection'.

You have to import the VBO named 'BPA Object - Utility - File Management' in blue prism tool from C drive > Program Files > Blue Prism Limited > Blue Prism Automate > VBO, once done please follow as shown in attached screenshots.
