Hello all,

Can you please guys help me with this question/situation:
How do I get same mail body exists in the mail, when I click approve or reject button shown in the image without changing in the anything and format of mail body?

This is what I want to get when I click "Approve" button:

Have you tried copying the hyperlinks (Approve / reject) and simply pasting the raw text in notepad (or any other basic text program)?

It's most likely HTML code used to create the reply. And if so, you can copy that code and simply include that when sending the email.
