Could not get process defenition

Hi,

When we try to open a process in process studio, we get the error message:

Could not get process defenition

Facts about the process:
- It is locked and we can't remove the lock
- It started happening after we imported a release of the process with the problem
- We have tried to make a new release, and new import, and get the same error. (Does this mean the problem is in the initial process which we made a release of)

Any sugestions or ideas would help 🙂

Q1: Are both environment having same BP version?
Q2: Did you try to create an XML for the particular process and import in the second environment?
Q3: Wil it be possible for you to share a screenshot of the error?
