Process running very very slow

Hi There,

I created a process to automate a web application using firefox. When debugging in studio,it running very slow even in fast mode. It took about 30 mins for only one records. (IE will only take about 2 to 3 mins,but last step failed because of the application issue,that's why I must use firefox). Is there any idea how to make it running fast?

Blueprism version: 6.6
Firefox version: 67 (64 bit)

Hi Jun Tan,

we'll probably need some more details to figure out what's causing the bad performance of your process.

Since you're saying the process only takes 2-3 minutes when using IE, I assume that it's not in general a bad performance of the web application itself.
What about if you perform the steps manually using Firefox? Does it take much longer than using IE?
If not, which spy mode did you use to identify the elements of the web application in your IE object vs. your Firefox object?

I'm not really familiar automating processes using Firefox, but I'd assume the spy modes would be similar to the IE options (HTML, UI Automation, Active Accessibility,...)
