      <title>Outlook Issues on RTM - ActiveX or Network problems</title>

      <description>Hi All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have two automations on an RTM that both utilize outlook. Sporadically throughout the week, they will fail on actions involving outlook with any of the following error messages:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft Exchange.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Cannot create ActiveX component.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Additional context:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is the only RTM that this is occurring to from six. For both automations, the agent login is the same as the automation as it is for the same business unit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If we manually kick off either automation after it fails due to this error, it might work without error (not 100% though).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas as to what might be happening?</description>
