Blue Prism Automation for IBM Host On Demand in browser applet

Hi,

can someone advice how can be done automation of IBM Host on Demand client running in browser applet? I guess that standard approach does not work but do I have to use surface automation or is there any other quick and reliable way which can be used?

I have not run into this myself but from what you describe, it may be that surface automation is the only solution?

Hi Zdenek,

Can you please provide the following information:

1) Blue Prism version
2) Windows O/S name, edition, and bitness
3) Java version that you use in Windows > snapshot of Control Panel > Java Control Panel > Java tab > View

4) IBM host version and bitness (snapshot)
5) Snapshot IBM host

Once you send the above information, I will investigate and will let you know.

thanks for your offer but I saw it during process walkthrough only and I needed it for effort estimate. I do not have any access to the environment unfortunately.
