    <description>Duncan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having with the Blue Prism product.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, it doesn't appear the Blue Prism initial problems docx file uploaded correctly so I'm not able to view the error information.&amp;nbsp; If you are still experiencing issues, can you post an update including whatever error you are receiving.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please can you help me? I’ve recently been allowed to install Blue Prism 7.0 and have a temporary licence so I can evaluate it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’ve been working through the DX labs using this installation, but the installation is not fully working and giving error messages (see attached). Please can you advise me how to proceed?&lt;/P&gt;
