Regarding Data gateway connection

Hello, I'm vijay.

I have configured SQL and BP server and everything which is required to perform the data gateway but it is not working.

So please help me to solve the problem.

Hi Vijay,

There's not really much information provided here for others to provide suggestions. We'd first recommend review of our Troubleshooting Data Gateways KB documentation to see if your problem is listed there with a provided solution/workaround, as well as the Data Gateways product documentation (including the "Troubleshooting" section).

If you're unable to find your problem outlined in the links above, some useful information for determining the problem to help with troubleshooting the issue would be:

Any errors seen in the UI and/or logs (i.e. Blue Prism logs, Event Viewer logs, etc.)
Relevant version information for all products involved
Troubleshooting steps tried so far
