Please instruct me how to read a word document, combine all even number pages into a PDF file, converts all odd number pages into another PDF.

Hello Sasi,

I believe Windows 10 Word allows you to convert and save files as PDF.. you'll just have to automate those steps.

Additionally, you could use the MS Word VBO. There is an Action called ExportPDF which should allow you to convert your word document to PDF and then make reference to this file.

Hi Sasi,

I am just throwing a design idea for the solution to split a Word document as follows:

1) In a Word document file, click the "File" menu.
2) Click the "Print" menu.
3) Select the "Microsoft Print to PDF" as printer.
4) Click the "Print All Pages" setting.
5) Click the "Print Only Odd Pages" or "Print Only Even Pages" option.
6) Click the "Print" button.
7) Name the file and save it as PDF in a dedicated folder.

I am not sure if the MS Microsoft VBOs cover all steps above and you may have to modify/extend them or create a new one.
