      <description>I have downloaded learning edition via Blue Prism Digital Exchange and installed Blue Prism, however I cannot open Blue Prism to enter the license key. Kindly find attached error message and also below:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
