    <description>&lt;P&gt;The error I’m receiving is, “&lt;SPAN&gt;An error occurred whilst configuring Blue Prism localdb."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an account, was emailed a license but have not been asked to input. Can’t get past the error after installation of BluePrism. Icon is on the desktop, it’s when it’s opened the error message is displayed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my computer meets all requirements.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any help is appreciated. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
