Hi All,

Could you please let me know when the Finished Start Date and Finished End Data under Get Report Data action is used, will the bot retrieve all processed items(completed+exception) under that time frame

And if using the Loaded Start and End Date- only gives the queue items populated between that time frame

The finished date is the when the item is marked completed. Loaded related to created date - when it was added to the queue.

you can simple add some test items to a test queue, exception some and completed some then see what you get back from the action.
