For example, if a workbook has a macro that runs when the workbook is activated, disabling events would prevent that macro from running. If you're using workbooks that don't have any macros set up on events, or if you're using a macro-less Excel file, then it won't really matter what you set Enable Events to.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
