&lt;DIV data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)" data-ogsb="rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;SPAN data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)" data-ogsb="rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;I have downloaded the local version of Blue Prism learning , but I am yet to receive the licence key needed to access this trial. I know it is sent out by a worker but it's been a while and still nothing and yep I have checked my Spam / Junk&lt;/SPAN&gt;

&lt;DIV data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)" data-ogsb="rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;I did call in but was advises to email support@blueprism.com but got an email back to say it currently on hold as the support ticket system does not recognise me, even though I am signed up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As you mentioned, the trial licenses are generated via digital worker so the time it takes to send out can vary but generally within 10 minutes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you aren't seeing the license in your inbox or spam folder within 24 hours, please whitelist the email &lt;A href="mailto:coedigital.worker@blueprism.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;coedigital.worker@blueprism.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;and request the license again. You can also reach out to support at &lt;A href="mailto:DXSupport@blueprism.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;DXSupport@blueprism.com&lt;/A&gt; and they can assist.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;
