SOLVED - Can't reset password for BP RPA software v7.1.1

Hi,

Last week I've tried logging into my Blue Prison client on Windows. It's been a while and I forgot my password, after trying I did a hard reset and created a new password. I made sure to delete the user info in the %appdata% folder, where the login information is stored.

After creating a new password, I'm sent to the "Sign in to Blue Prism" screen.
Upon enterin "admin" and my password, I still get the message that my password is incorrect.
To make sure I did everything right I simply copied and pasted the password into the creation screen and login screen, but to no avail. My username or password are still incorrect.

Can you help me please? I hope you can be of assistance!

Apparently I even had to delete some more hidden files. Following these instructions did the trick
