    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check below Knowledge base article - once you select the link &amp;gt; Select the customer login&amp;nbsp; and use the same BP credentials- to open the knowledge base article.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would suggest to take the screenshot when&amp;nbsp; bot throw this exception, so that way&amp;nbsp; you can adjust the code accordingly&lt;BR /&gt;Other suggestion would be add focus an/or active application before sending Global send keys.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As suggested in the article it's better to activate the application after launching the application&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.blueprism.com/en/support/solutions/articles/7000076835-bpe-error-could-not-identify-process-owning-the-current-foreground-window-when-trying-to-focus-an-a" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.blueprism.com/en/support/solutions/articles/7000076835-bpe-error-could-not-identify-process-owning-the-current-foreground-window-when-trying-to-focus-an-a&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Access is denied error while using global send keys.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue comes while Blue Prism tries to interact with Chrome application using global send keys("^a{BS}").&lt;BR /&gt;"ERROR: Internal : Failed to perform step 2 in Navigate Stage 'Enter URL' on page 'Download File (UI mode)' - Access is denied."&lt;BR /&gt;The issue comes even while BluePrism tries to focus on the particular element instead of passing global send keys.&lt;BR /&gt;"ERROR: Internal : Failed to perform step 2 in Navigate Stage 'Enter URL' on page 'Download File (UI mode)' - Could not identify process owning the current foreground window"&lt;BR /&gt;The element in picture is the URL text box of chrome application which is spied in UI mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that the BOT completes when it is run from the Studio but terminates when it is run from the control room.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
