Hi Support ,

My VM in online status , after I running the logout process my VM shows offline status instead of logged out in control room.

I configured the login agent in my VM.

Hi,

Is it offline forever or just for few seconds?

Restart the VM and see whether you have the same behaviour

No after the restart also its working like that only.

Can you check the connection in Login agent config file. Below threads has detailed explanation and work around
