&lt;P&gt;on error log found below error&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;CustomAction OnsiteDbInit returned actual error code 1603&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;what could be possible error cause?&lt;/P&gt;
