Logs not storing in control room

HI all,

Past one week onwards logs are not storing for all process. How can we resolve this issue. Please find below screen shot.

A couple of things to investigate -

Is it every process on all machines, or only certain ones?
Is logging enabled in the process diagram?
How are the machines set in System-Resources-Management-Logging Level?
How are things set in System-System-Archiving?
How are things set in System-Data Gateways?

All Process and all machines logs not storing.We had enabled logging.

This issue we are getting from one week onwards. We are unable to monitor the bots. We don’t know why this happened suddenly.

How is the BluePrism database health? Is there any threshold limit defined on the Audit tables ?

OK so...

Processes are configured to produce logs
The issue occurs on all processes and machines
Data Gateways settings are not diverting logs away from the DB

Therefore can we conclude that logs are not reaching the DB, or the DB is unable to record them? Maybe check with your DB admin to see if there are any errors at the DB or server level? Has capacity been reached?

We had checked no errors in Database. Capacity not reached, we have enough space in database.

So if BP is configured to generate logs, and the DB is capable of storing them, then maybe investigate the network - is traffic flowing and are logs being transmitted?

Hi @Rama_krishna ,

Which version of Blueprism do you use?
Can you test with an application administrator account on BluePrism if the logs appear?
We had this bug on versions 7.0.x and only BluePrism administrators could view the logs (we didn't investigate further to find out what precise role was required).

Hi We are using blue prism 6.10.4 Version

w checked with administrator account but still we can't see logs.

Hi @asilarow we are facing this issue from last last one month. Suddenly all production machines logs are affected. we can't see logs for all process.

w have checked resource logging, logging level default.

port 899 logs not storing, so i have changed port to 897 in that port logs are storing.

Is their any issue in 899 port? and how to identify issue.

Good to hear that its working. Regarding the port, I assume u meant the data base or data gateway port. Are u able to telnet the port from your Runtime OR IC nodes ? If I am not mistaken, there is no such restriction on BluePrism level, check with your network, OS(Antivirus) or ISD team if there is any new hardening.
