      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Past one week onwards logs are not storing for all process. How can we resolve this issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;A couple of things to investigate -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is it every process on all machines, or only certain ones?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is logging enabled in the process diagram?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How are the machines set in System-Resources-Management-Logging Level?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How are things set in System-System-Archiving?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How are things set in System-Data Gateways?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK so...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Processes are configured to produce logs&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The issue occurs on all processes and machines&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Data Gateways settings are not diverting logs away from the DB&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore can we conclude that logs are not reaching the DB, or the DB is unable to record them? Maybe check with your DB admin to see if there are any errors at the DB or server level? Has capacity been reached?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So if BP is configured to generate logs, and the DB is capable of storing them, then maybe investigate the network - is traffic flowing and are logs being transmitted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good to hear that its working. Regarding the port, I assume u meant the data base or data gateway port. Are u able to telnet the port from your Runtime OR IC nodes ? If I am not mistaken,&amp;nbsp; there is no such restriction on BluePrism level, check with your network, OS(Antivirus) or ISD team if there is any new hardening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
