Decipher Issue Validation Issue

Hi,

Due to special character(_ undersquare) in document, Bot is failing in data verification step in Decipher(v2.3). We have given that special character under Excluded Values in DFD, but it's not working good and, it's not happening for all documents. We are facing issue for 20% documents. I appreciate your suggestions.

Hi @babaiah ,

Can you try copying the exact value shown in the field during failure cases and add another replace function in DFD to exclude the value. This could be due to decipher is struggling find the exact match to exclude.

Hi Nandhakumar,

We did already same, like copying the exact value under excluded values, it doesn't work. We can use replace function, if the data verify step completed but it's failed in data verify.
