Hi folks,

So I've been recently asked to do some work on a legacy web application in edge that uses HTTP protocol, and every time i attempt to load up the site in BP 7.3.0 the URL is changed to HTTPS.

I initially assumed this was a local error, as the same behaviour was exhibited when manually entering the URL. I added the site the edge insecure content exceptions, which works fine when input manually, but the problem persists when launched through a navigation stage

Any ideas? is this built into the launch functionality of the platform? any help is more than welcome 🙂

Ian

Hi @IACRA ,

It seems like a familiar issue with ms edge... have a look at the below MS KB article:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftedge/forum/all/msedge-redirects-http-to-https-even-with/71e38cd6-6005-4822-9a88-f6cb6402d3d7

Maybe setting the flag in your case will work.
