Have one question about Capture - Does it allow to capture screen/strps over teams meeting screen share & with multiple monitor screen.

No, it will not capture on screenshare, and it won't give the transcription of logics that customer state in the meeting.

For the best output:

1. Install it the either on business/customer/SME machine

2. (if your org uses RDPs/Citrix machines) Install capture on that machine or on image level, give machine access to customer and guide them to login to that machine and perform the actions needed in capture as well as process steps.
