      <title>Hub was installed, but error occured</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed Hub.&lt;BR /&gt;The authentication server screen was displayed properly, I was able to log in, and the Hub button was displayed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="sumire_0-1725858794754.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/39293iB98F29106965F2AD/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="sumire_0-1725858794754.png" alt="sumire_0-1725858794754.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I clicked on Hub button, an error message "An error occurred while starting the application." appeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="sumire_1-1725858844446.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/39294iA4205A6BBC51F148/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="sumire_1-1725858844446.png" alt="sumire_1-1725858844446.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I refrerred this page: &lt;A href="https://docs.blueprism.com/ja-JP/bundle/blue-prism-hub-platform-4-6/page/installation/install-hub-troubleshoot.htm" target="_self"&gt;https://docs.blueprism.com/ja-JP/bundle/blue-prism-hub-platform-4-6/page/installation/install-hub-troubleshoot.htm&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. open IIS and stop all Blue Prism site&lt;BR /&gt;2. stop all application pool&lt;BR /&gt;3. stop RabbitMQ&lt;BR /&gt;4. start RabbitMQ&lt;BR /&gt;5. start application pool I just stopped&lt;BR /&gt;6. start all Blue Prism site&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But things didn't improve.&lt;BR /&gt;Please let me know if there's anything wrong with my procedure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have read it.&lt;BR /&gt;I am building all components as standalone in a closed environment.&lt;BR /&gt;Therefore, I define the URLs using "local" when creating the websites.&lt;BR /&gt;(ex: &lt;A href="https://hub.local)" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://hub.local)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this setting correct?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
