MS Outlook VBO

Hello!
I've succesfullt been able to retrieve emails from folders&subfolders and also shared mailboxes but I'm having issues reading from a Public Folder

Does anyone have any examples of succesfully reading from one?

which version of Outlook are you using (e.g. 365)?

ah I see. Unfortunately we are not able to work with Outlook 365 and the official vbo. We think our internal settings are blocking the API calls.

Curently we are checking out the Microsoft Graph API - Outlook integration from the Digital Exchange. An additional alternative would be a direct Exchange connection but there are problems if you want to move mails in shared mailboxes.

Reading public folders should be working with both alternatives.

Thanks for your reply Sandra. I just found out the public folders in our systems are all under "Shared Mailboxes" so I can possibly solve this the same way. I do this since Graph API is not available to me just yet.
