    <description>The user is running as admin rights but still facing the same issue.&amp;nbsp; can we download the Nuget package offline and manually install it?       <description>While trying to install the plugins for Interact I am getting the below mentioned error message. has anyone faced similar issues?&lt;BR /&gt;what access privileges and on which account&amp;nbsp; the folder access needs to be provided&lt;BR /&gt;
